2 Bedroom House in Eugene
Classic 1920's Bungalow located steps from Hayward Field, Price Pucklers, McMenamins; and within a few short blocks from Matthew Knight Arena, The new Knight Science Complex, and many of the UO dorms. Neighborhood is quiet and we expect the same from you. Home has 3 parking spots in alley and has recently been updated on the interior. This property literally borders the University Property and the location is hard to beat. Please inquire to discuss graduation, major Track events, etc.
This house has recently been renovated and furnished, and we are excited to have guests stay.
The home is a two-bedroom bungalow with a large living room, galley kitchen, mudroom, and a covered front porch. Please be aware that the back bedroom is small (see photos), but cozy.
AC/Heating: there is one AC unit in the front living room. This unit can provide heat or cooling. Please be aware that it might take half a day to a full day to sufficiently heat or cool the entire house. In addition, please note that the back bedroom does NOT have an AC unit and is furthest away from the main AC. While there is a standing fan in this room, please make sure to keep the AC unit on full to sufficiently cool or heat the backroom.
The home has alley parking and access with keypads from both the front and the back. This house is located on the same lot as our house next door. The yard out back is for your use.
The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. There is a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and kettle.
There is a large backyard space (see the last photo). Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It also connects to the house next door (which we also own and is a Short-Term rental as well), but this portion of the yard is for your use only and is not shared by the house next door.
There are electric keypads on both the front and back door.
This is self check in and you are on your own unless you have an access issue or an emergency.

Easy walk to nearly all UO activities (football would be across the river.) Located in the valley floor so great for biking as well. EMX transit lines are 6 blocks north. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available.
Home has 3 dedicated parking spots which is VERY DIFFICULT TO COME BY during major UO events.
